Imerge Return & Refund Policy
At Imerge, we are committed to providing you with high-quality resources to help you blossom and become your best self. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Digital Products
Please note that for digital downloads, eBooks, or virtual resources, all sales are final. Once the file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund. If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a booklet that is damaged or misprinted, please contact us within [7] days of receipt with a photo of the defect. We will gladly send a replacement copy at no additional cost to you.
